With 8 vibrant ingredients and four easy steps, anyone can make these delicious carrot energy balls. They include walnuts which improves brain health with a hint of ginger and lemon, helping the body fight against common colds. Not to mention the main ingredient ― carrots, rich in vitamin A and available all year round. There is sweetness from the added dates and extra texture from the coconut flakes. These energy balls are great to share among friends and family to help increase the spring aura.
